Request Must accompany:

1. Bonafide certificate or forwarded through the candidates HOD/Principal.

2. Brief Bio-Data (not exceeding two pages) &

3. Indicate tentative period of project work.

4. For online requests attach scanned documents.

An undertaking from the Head of the Department or Principal of the college is mandatory and should be submitted along with the request for admission of the student.

♦ All correspondences from SUGARCANE BREEDING INSTITUTE will be made only to the official address of Head of Department or Principal of the college.

♦ Period Minimum 3 Months.

♦ Institional Fees Rs.20,000/- (for 3 Months) Rs.30,000/- (for 6 Months).

♦ Fees to be paid through Credit/Debit Cards, Cash at the Institute or by DD Drawn in favour of “The Director,ICAR- Sugarcane Breeding Institute,ICAR UNIT,Coimbatore“.

♦ Project Work Scope :- Life Science, Bio-Technology, Plant Breeding,Plant Tissue Culture,Plant Physiology,Microbiology,Bio-Chemistry,Soil Science/Chemistry Entomology/Nematology/Zoology,Food Science etc., and few areas in Social Sciences.

♦ Participants need to make their own arrangements for accommodation and food.

♦ Trainee/Student must have completed the three doses of Covid-19 vaccination and certificate must be produced at the time of joining.

♦ They must wear face mask and maintain social distancing at work place in the campus.

♦ They Must Follow all other SOP of COVID-19 and Stick to COVID appropriate behavior.
